I arrived early hoping to get to check-in. Hoping for the best but expecting the worst. I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk. She was the nicest lady ever an she was the Assistant GM. We shared a few stories the i proceeded to my room. The room was great super clean an had all i needed for my stay. I love that they have transportation to the airport but i was told two different prices. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work. I mentioned it at checkout and the lady at the front desk told me that it's been out for a while. Overall my stay was amazing an will stay again when I get back to Wisconsin

Nice but dated

A nice hotel staff was friendly and there are plenty of place’s nearby to eat. The hotel itself is dated but has been updated to keep up with changing tech and features.

The breakfast was great. Loved the 2 breakfasts I ate there. The pool area needs some work. On the 1st night, the jets in the hot tub did not work the best but it was OK. On the 2nd night, the hot tub was cold. No heat. I did not go into the "cold tub".

Seemed understaffed - Had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for both check in and check out. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, but airflow was poor - Fluctuating from hot to cold all night.

Run down. Our first floor window would not shut and was open to parking lot. Very expensive for what we got.
