Loved the warm cookies when we arrived (just after midnight 😊) it was a lovely end to a long drive. Very comfortable room, yet only one elevator was working each day which slowed things down. Plus a 12:30am fire alarm on our second night was not enjoyable but these things happen at times and we are glad everyone was safe.

We have been Hilton Honors members for decades and used the DoubleTree family many many times and we have always been more than satisfied with our stays. Sadly not this time. It started with the elevators having several problems. Then during the early morning our toilet got stuck and wouldn't flush. It took over 2.5 hours to have someone from maintenance coming and fixing it. While we understand early hours and staff shortage it took also many calls to the front desk to finally been told what was going on.

The property was very nice, conveniently located for dining and airport. Staff was extremely friendly. The only downside was the fact that the property was cashless, an issue for my brother who was traveling with us and does not use credit cards.

Overall a good place to stay and no major issues. It was clean and comfortable. The carpet in the room smelled and I have allergies and asthma. A lot of hotels apply carpet deodorizer over and over instead of cleaning or replacing their carpets. Carpet tends to hold dirt, dust and dander which causes issues for people with allergies/asthma.
