No peace of mind on this stay!

The room was mostly cold, even with the heat at full blast. The guest in the room above me was noisy. He/she walked and moved around a lot, using the desk chair to roll across the floor constantly and late into the night. It seems that every 30 the desk chair would roll from one side of the room to the next; and it was constant.

Definitely an economy stay, but we only needed somewhere to sleep and planned on a nice breakfast/brunch with family outside the hotel. Room was mostly clean and beds were comfortable. However, each bed only had 2 1/2 size pillows; not standard, literally 1/2 size. I probably would not have used the shower as the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. No breakfast items at all, only coffee. They had a room service menu, but we didnt try it. I'm pretty sure it's a 100% family run business, meaning no outside employees. So, everything seems set up for efficiency.

Suffered a fire, lost everything,and the lady behind the counter gave my future husband such a hassle because he lost his ID. I am the one who paid,and I have a valid id so there was no reason for the hassle and very rude attitude. I work in customer service, I would never dream of talking to even the dirtiest bum that way...she dropped it when I said I'd take my money somewhere else though.

I didn’t like anything! The front desk lady obviously was a family member of the owners. It was dirty, bed and pillows uncomfortable and hard. Shower didn’t drain, had to remove the drain plug just to prevent water getting deep. Curtains ripped and floor heating system stained and filthy. 2 towels and 2 washcloths for and they were paper thin. No breakfast either. Hotel property sketchy and not the safest. Hard wood floors in halls and rooms so you hear everything. I checked out and stayed at a different hotel. I won’t be back!! They’re not even cheap. Disappointed, first and last stay for me.
