The room was very spacious and well set up, same for the bathroom. Lots of plug ins & chargers, as well as lighting. Loved the blackout shades! I do think the bed needs to be replaced & the mini fridge is very loud, some additional seating other than the office chair & ottomans, and better toilet paper. Staff was lovely and kind! Well maintained inside and outside and great hotel location!

The breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was not hot, it was cold. The pool area was clean and appeared to be well-kept but the water was a little bit cold.

Stayed for one night when it was -30 below. Check in was great, got an extra pillow no problem and some tea in the lobby. No weird smells in lobby or room. Minor issues knocked it down a bit. No fan in bathroom. This was strange to me. Fan grate, but no fan switch or auto on fan. No usb plugs in room to charge devices. Heater was a bit tempermental (would not turn on even at max heat for a bit, had a to fiddle about with it) Bed was a bit firmer then i'd hope but pillows were great. mini fridge in room but not microwave (though there was one in the lobby so, i guess thats fine.) Breakfast was just okay. I missed the eggs and all that was left around 9 am was breakfast sausage and hard boiled eggs. The sausage was crazy salty, i ate one and could not eat anymore. Eggs, fruit, coffee and oatmeal all good though. Maybe get a new vendor for the sausage. No noise got into our room from other rooms but due to the extreme cold we both woke up with dry throats and noses as the heat had to be on all night. Not really the hotels fault there. Overall, i would stay here again.

Yes, everything was really great except the breakfast. It was okay. The bagels were stale a lot of the times, some of the food was cold and mushy. Waffles were really good

The room was comfortable with the extra treat of a walk in shower. Breakfast was good. More variety for those staying more than a night would be great. The breakfast area was delightfully spacious for entertaining family for a special event.
