Property was well kept and breakfast area was clean and food was good. Our room was starting to show its age but not more than you would expect for the price. Only real complaint is the noise level of the cooling unit.

I had a nice experience here, workers were nice and hotel smelled clean every time I walked in. Rooms looked great, I didn't know how to turn the AC off but either then that very nice stay overall.

The pool was great! We had the whole pool to ourselves and we relaxed in the hot tub. The shower pressure was great, but the bar of soap is AWFUL. Our skin was so dry after and there was no lotion. We were able to bring our senior pet along and there're patches of grass for them to go pee and bags for pickup. Breakfast was your standard included buffet. We had loud thunderstorms the first night, but no damage to our car. Overall a great stay

Check in staff were less than friendly and not welcoming. Room was clean, but furniture was very worn. Bathroom sink was cracked and unsightly. Caulking around tub/shower was coming off or missing.

After finding a bug in the tub in my first room, the staff member who checked me in after finishing texting on his phone gave me a suite. There were odd stains on the furniture, residue of spilled beverages on the bedroom wall, a bit of garbage next to the bathroom garbage can. The bed was lumpy with a big dip that made it hare to move or get in and out of. All sconces on the bed were so high you had to get up to turn the light off after a bit of ready and just when you were ready to fall asleep. The toilet paper roll was inconveniently located 2.5 feet behind the toilet so you had to side saddle to reach it. And the towels were across the bathroom from the shower with no convenient hooks or bar near the shower. And one of the air units rattled so much I had to turn the thermostat off. I would not stay here again.
