Guest Access:

Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit one day before their check-in. Guest may park in the back lot or utilize street parking. Please note that street parking is not free on Saturdays.

Located right on the historic town square, this apartment puts you within walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, and year-round community events. Getting Around:

Many taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.



Other Things to Note:

On Saturdays in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) there will be a farmers market setting up in the morning. You will not be able to park in front of the patio on Friday nights/Saturday mornings.



If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.



Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Interaction with Guests:

This unit is professionally managed by Patriot Properties. Please communicate directly through your booking platforms messaging system. If necessary, call the main office line to contact management, after hours emergency information will be available at the main office number.

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
