There was urine in the toilet when I check in. Also, some dirty winter gloves and someone's phone charger left on the desk. Was the linens switched out and that it? Also very noisy in the hallways and couldn't fall asleep until after 11p and then the business next door was having their garbage's picked up at 2am.

Terrible experience. Bed hard as a rock. Many items out of stock at breakfast. The English muffins and bagels were hard, inedible. Tried to get a refund, the owner said since I didn't tell them right away, they wouldn't give it to me. I got in at 10pm and was exhausted. Apparently I was supposed to wake up and find another place to stay in the middle of the night? I came to the front desk asking for a refund right when I was confronted with the bad breakfast. You just can't do this to people. The rooms are clean, they have a fridge, it seems like a good deal. But if you want to sleep well, and have a decent breakfast to fuel your day, look somewhere else. Going to contact the Better Business Bureau. The refund denial tipped the scales for me.
