Upon our arrival at night check in the lady at the front desk had very good customer service skills. Always approachable and kind. Place was extremely cleaned like a 5 star hotel. It needs some renovation in the future but we did not care since it was spotless.

Warning

It was a NIGHTMARE! We drove around the building, there were homeless people working on cars in the parking lot (3 or 4 different cars). The garbage was stacked up to the top of a 10 foot fence, visible from the road. We called the phone number on the reservation to make sure we had the correct place, the only identification was "Econo lodge, they didn't have our reservation. We left as quickly as possible. Would NOT recommend this hotel EVER.

Property is dirty. All perimeters were backed up with trash. Staff was rude toned and not customer service oriented. This place had no housekeeping and they don’t change linen. Place is also rundown and rusted. Doors had trouble reading the key card. Other than that decent bed and A/C. I guess you get what you pay for but just prepare yourself

This is the worst place I've ever been to I didn't even stay at this property. The name on the property is not what was advertised on this third party app. I am very disappointed. We'll be writing a complaint to the better business bureau because this is false advertisement. The name on the building Econolodge.

The pictures you see here are lies, feel like its false advertising the biggest thing i had a problem with was the gab at the bottom of my door, all the dumpsters overflowing and than having to bring my towels back to the front to get new ones.

Completely run down hotel!

The picture of a new hotel is a complete lie. It’s a run down facility that should even be open i can’t see it being upto code. The staff is actually very good as i’m sure they see the complaints on a daily basis. It’s a complete dump! Very sketchy place. I don’t suggest for any families or young children. I pulled up went inside to get my room. They only take $50 for a room deposit can’t use CC. Had to walk to the wawa next door woth my bags and then come back and wait in a line for 45 mins. Went to my room and then literally walked back to the front desk and got my deposit back and then left the facility.

It looked better on the ad. Got there its a dark old building outside, office is clean and renovated but the rooms themselves are old and run down, it didnt feel clean, i kept my shoes on, slept and got out of there, affordable but as long as you dont mind all of that.
