I arrived after the lobby was closed and was told i could not check in and its my problem to contact expedia for a refund...I didnt know know there was a time limit on when i could check in and then they refused to reimburse me. So i was stranded in the middle of the night and had to find another hotel.

I did not feel safe staying here. The front desk closes from 11pm to 7am, so when my flight got in late I barely made it on time only to be sent back out to get cash from an ATM for the "cash only" deposit then had to race back to get my room card fixed before closing. I barely made it. Front desk staff couldn't care less. Poorly maintained. TV had no remote so couldn't even use it. People fighting in the lobby. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

The first issue is that the Expedia listing clearly states that non-smoking rooms are available; however, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that only smoking rooms were available. This was very disappointing and misleading. Additionally, the security deposit must be paid in cash, as they do not accept any other form of payment, which was inconvenient and unexpected. Lastly, the property appears poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the facility were below acceptable standards. This experience did not meet the expectations set by the

They toom payment at time of booking never mentioned a cash deposit they require but don't have their own ATM,and no wifi upon checkin. signs posted everywhere saying "no visitors" but don't worry because the rooms come with roommates (roaches) I actually gave up one of the nights and just slept in my rental because it felt cleaner. Lady at the desk was nice but definitely had underlying attitude, the only thing they had going for them is the Wawa's nextdoor.

The room itself was fine. The exterior was rough. Parking lot is in massive need of new pavement. There was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot. Front desk people weren't very welcoming. I thought a $50 cash deposit for room damages was unusual. Also, signing a 4 page document which was essentially a stay agreement. To be honest, I was glad I only planned one night there.

False advertisement of property. Low quality, dirty, giving sleezy vibes, prostitution on main road, was not able to remain and had to cancel my stay. There’s something seriously wrong with this place. Front desk area even leaves at dawn because it’s unsafe. If you get locked out of the building you’re SOL because they don’t return until 8am.
The property is not even called OYO it’s called Economy Lodge

The pictures of this hotel on the website are wildly inaccurate. DO NOT BOOK HERE. The place is a dump and is lying about the appearance of the property. And they only accept cash for the deposit which you can't get back if you leave before 7am. This place is a scam and then Hotels.com can't even refund you when you realize it because it's the day of the reservation. Total scam property.

The hotel is in a sketchy area. It’s very dark and not very secure. I had to put cash down for a security deposit that I didn’t know about until I got there. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends stay in that location.

Only accepting cash for deposit, the front desk is only open from 7am to 11pm (during those hours nobody can help if you need anything), and the facilities are extremely neglected. I just can stay there, leave for another place.

First of all, we couldn't find the place because the sign says Econolodge. It's so dilapidated and run down it doesn't even look like it's open for business. The receptionist gave a rundown of the rules, one of which was no smoking weed on the property or you'd be asked to leave with no refund. I was there 5 days, the people in the room next to mine smoked weed constantly. My room reeked, as did the hallway. These rooms don't have phones, so I went to the front desk twice and complained about the horrible odor of weed, mainly so they didn't think it was me and ask me to leave. The receptionist clearly knew the people personally because she asked which room, then said "they know they aren't supposed to smoke in the room" then she got her cell phone and called them. She didn't have to look up their number first, she already knew it! When I returned to my room, the guy in that room was standing in the hall outside our rooms, clearly waiting for me to see who went and said something, gave me a seriously dirty look before going back in his room. The smell never stopped, it seemed to get worse after that. The place is seriously a dump, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and even though they advertise having WiFi, the first thing the receptionist said is there's NO internet. Plus the pictures they post are not accurate. If I hadn't prepaid online, I would NOT have stayed there.
