Really Poor Customer Experience
We stayed here for one night and the apartment is in a really nice location. There is no reception area and checkin process is very cumbersome with unprofessional forms. Rooms are quite nice but the bedrooms in lofts are claustrophobic. The wifi did not work and hence the advertised Netflix & Amazon Prime tv channels did not work. I emailed Customer Service about the lack of internet but they did not care and said it was tough luck. They did claim to send a repair person 45 mins before check out by I doubt that happened. We ended up extending the checkout to 1pm at a cost of 30 euro but customer service failed to tell me that guests must stay in room as entrance door no longer will work after 11am due to poor systems. We unfortunately left the room and found out the hard way nearly missing our flight. I complained to Customer Service but again, they did not care. My sincere advice is to avoid at all costs until Slow Suites sort out their processes, facilities (wifi & TV) and systems.
