Von Beginn unserer Kontaktaufnahme an spürten wir eine positive Atmosphäre. Die freundliche und zuvorkommende Korrespondenz verstärkte diesen Eindruck zusätzlich. Da unsere Ankunft auf einen Sonntag fiel, wurde die Schlüsselübergabe in Madulain auf alternative Weise arrangiert. Alles ging reibungslos vonstattenging und hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts die beiden Wohnungen im 2. Stock bewohnt, wobei die Zwischentür für uns geöffnet wurde. Dadurch konnten wir als Familie den gesamten Stock für uns nutzen und genießen. In Bezug auf die Ausstattung gibt es nur einen Punkt, den wir bemängeln möchten: Die Technik der Fernsehgeräte und damit verbundene Dienste ist recht langsam und etwas umständlich. Diese Einschränkung scheint auch mit der langsamen WLAN-Verbindung zusammenzuhängen. Abgesehen davon lässt sich unser Gesamterlebnis nur als aussergewöhnlich und wunderbar beschreiben.
