部屋入りして直ぐに部屋が冷えていたので、エアコンをチェックし、暖房温度を少し上げました。所が30分程経過しても暖かい風が出てこない為、フロントへ伝えました。2〜3分後に確認者がドア口に来ましたが、その時にエアコン風口に手をかざすと、温風が出ていることが確認できました。えっ、何故でしょうか？温かい風が出ていることの確認は私、確認に来た方はドア口。一旦、それで大丈夫としましたが、その1〜3分後にエアコンフィルターを掃除して下さいと、リモコンに。エアコンの温調が、原因かどうかは分かりませんが、翌朝以降、今も鼻水が止まりましせん。折角のスキーが体調不良のまま・・・。初めての旅籠屋宿泊で、とても期待していたので、とても残念です。利用させて頂いた立場なのに、大変申し訳ないのですが、次回以降の利用は避けなければなりません。

部屋は禁煙室で清潔感あり良かった。 受付の女性の対応は良かったが、男性の対応が横柄で感じ悪かった。 質問の答え方なども、サービス業の人がお客様に接する様な態度ではなかった。 いつも満室の人気の宿泊施設で一度泊まってみたいと思い利用したが、あの対応をされるかと思うと二度斗泊まりたく無い。
