Outside of the strange and disappointing customer service and mould/insect filled room, we did like the peace and quiet while we enjoyed the pools, tennis courts and golfing facilities. The hotel had a massively hands-off approach to dealing with problems and had no interest in trying to make our stay better. This is also the first time I’ve had to pay to have my room cleaned even when they call themselves a “five star hotel”. Even though we did enjoy the surrounding area and aspects of the hotel, we were left with a sour taste in our mouths by the end of it. We did truely appreciate Melissa doing everything she could to make our stay the best it could be.

Terrible experience with checking in staff! I’ve done hour behind schedule and didn’t notify me. Then I had to deal with incredibly rude. Check in staff who were talking about me when I returned to pick up my one key!!! For a family getaway it was good. Not much to do at the resort in the evenings. the one thing that I didn’t like this that they don’t have anything in the bar fridge (just a small milk for coffee) not even a bottle of water to drink. That’s the disappointment.
