** The safety of our guests is very important to us. We are using medical grade disinfectants and tools to thoroughly clean the cabin between each and every guest. Our hot tub water is professionally dumped and refilled with balanced chlorine levels before arrival.

This luxury home is surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains. Beartime Cabin is a large 3 bedroom - 4 1/2 bath home with over 3,000 sqft. for your family and friends you to enjoy. This cabin provides a pool table, foosball, game table with chess/checkers/cards, sit down video game, corn hole, dart board (must provide your own darts), books, a few puzzles, and board games.

There is plenty of room for a restful night sleep, a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the upstairs bedroom and 2 queen beds in the downstairs bedroom. There is also a futon in the downstairs sitting room that turns into a full bed to provide an additional space for children to sleep.

A fully stocked kitchen provides a coffee maker, a stovetop percolator, tea kettle, crock pot, waffle maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, Keurig, hand mixer and all other basic kitchen supplies.

Beartime offers such a peaceful outdoor experience with seasonal creeks and waterfalls around the home. Rocking chairs, charcoal BBQ grill with smoker and a 4 person Hot-tub make the outdoor space perfect for relaxing. Spend the end the day making smores at the firepit under the North Carolina stars.

There are 2 driveways. Plenty of space to park trucks/trailers on lower driveway which is flat

You do not need a 4 wheel drive to access this property.

The cabin was in great condition! Loved the small amenities like dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc. to get us started. The house was so roomy, the boys loved the pool table and expansiveness of the house. We all had room to spread out. While we didn't get to ski, we did go tubing which was two min down the street. Skiing was not far though. Would definitely come back and was happy we got to experience this property! The hosts were super helpful, too. Lovely home and owners. 10 out of 10!

I loved everything about this Vrbo. It was claen amd organized. We watched deer meander in the morning and one in the evening. The lights were labled and the assortment of games was delightful to find. We loved our 5 day stay.

The cabin was great except for one problem. We got rain several times while we stayed at the cable for our vacation which is normal for the Smokies. We had water leaking under the wall into the laundry room and onto the carpet in the next room. We did make the owner aware of this while we used all the towels to clean up water. So our vacation was interrupted by a problem with the cabin that we did our best to deal with and the owner didn't offer any recompense or recognition of the mess that was not our fault. The problem appears to be water coming under the wall from an uneven concrete slab.

We really enjoyed this cabin it’s absolutely amazing! The only problem we had was the grass around back next to the fire pit was not cut and my grandchildren could not play in the grass area! But overall I give this cabin 5 stars!!

Junior Olympics

We had sometime to spend in Asheville area before going to Greensboro for the Junior Olympics. This was very nice place with just about anything you needed for a family from 9 to 75 year olds. Really enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. Location was easy to access. The host was very gracious to allow us to check out a little later. Also was willing to extend our stay but couldn’t get out of our hotel reservations. Looking forward to planning a trip back in the fall with family again to the bear house!! Definitely recommend this place and price was very reasonable compared to other places in Maggie Valley.

Great Getaway Spot

Wonderful cabin in the NC mountains. Everything is just as listed. Very clean and comfortable and lots to do in the house. Really an eclectic place and plenty to keep you entertained! Enjoyed it and hope to come back.

Amazing location, property and cabin. Stayed here for a motorcycle outing in Maggie Valley and area. Great amenities, excellent parking for both tow vehicles and trailers and an all around wonderful experience. Highly recommened.

Amazing cabin!

This cabin is everything you could want in a vacation. There is so much to do in the cabin itself, it was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back!!
