The cabin was very pretty but the furniture was too soft for us. Some may be ok with it but we need more support as we get older. If the bed and couches were a little firmer, it would've been great! It also shows a recliner but it wasn't there. We didn't sleep well due to the soft bed. There is a keurig which was a lifesaver. The cabin was well stocked with linens, towels, etc. It is right in town so it was super easy to get to the stores and restaurants.

nice cabin in the heart of Maggie Valley

Overall our stay was great! The cabin is nice and clean only complaints are its not very well stocked. There were no pot holders in the kitchen we were provided one trash bad and zero dishwasher pods. The listing says cleaning supplies not provided which did not bother me, but when you rent a house certain things are expected like pot holders trash bags and dish pods to keep the dishes clean!

Great location

Kick back cabin was a perfect place to stay. Very easy check in and great communication for easy booking and checking out. Place was clean and comfy, had everything we needed. Very close to Cherokee and beautiful drive for Mountain View’s. Very quiet area and would recommend staying at Kick back.

Kick back cabin

That on lower floor had a foam top and it was very uncomfortable. It rolled me and my wife into the center. Fireplace did not work. We did not report it and the microwave was missing its turntable plate. Other than that the cabin was awesome.

Great getaway

Kick back cabin is definitely a great getaway spot. Conveniently located 1 minute from town. The only complaint was cleanliness. The toilet wasn’t clean behind toilet seat in downstairs bathroom. And living room walls and ceiling fan are caked in dust. Nothing a super tall ladder and an extended pole duster can’t fix, other than that we would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute house

This house can accommodate many not only 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but a day bed and a futon on floor for small child ! Couch folds out also ! Had 1 small issue and the property manage and the owner were very easy to work with !! We will stay there again !! Very nice !!

Good location to explore Smokey Mountains

Clean, comfortable, log cabin style. Close to many great hikes and Waynesville for brews and bbq. Not a mountain view or a yard, but super convenient location if exploring the area, priced right- and if looking for a place to spread out in the evening and make a few of tour own meals works perfect. Photos are accurate.

The house is beautiful, but the property needs a deep cleaning, inside and out.The upstairs bedroom smells of urine. The mattresses and bed linens need to be replaced. Every room is beyond dusty, the floors need to be cleaned. Micro is missing the glass tray. We brought a black light with us. YIKES! The furniture needs at the least a deep cleaning, should be replaced. The neighbors let their dogs use the yard as their toilet and don’t pick up after them. I hate being negative and complaining, but I don’t want the home owners to lose rental income, and have their home trashed.

Nice and clean Cabin

We stayed in this cabin for two night and had great experience: all rooms are spotless. We liked the fireplace a lot and kids enjoyed playing card games in front of it. It's a cozy and comfortable cabin to stay in, especially during winter time. The check-in and check-out process is pretty straightforward. You just need to visit their leasing office twice which is located within a few mins driving distance from the cabin. Highly recommended!
