On the plus side, the house is very cozy. The deck with mountain views is awesome! We spent many hours out there. On the negative the driveway is in terrible shape. We almost had to call AAA to get out the first time. We ended up parking at the top for the remainder of the visit, which involved an uphill climb every time we went anywhere. In addition, it's listed as suitable for the elderly but there are lots of stairs. It was fine for us, but not appropriate for anyone with physical limitations.
