Nans Place is a homely 4 bedroom house which has access to the rear for car parking. Its centrally located in the town and all amenities are within walking distance.
The house boasts two good size double bedrooms with king size beds and 2 single bedrooms.
The bathroom has an electric power shower which means hot water in an instant.
A new kitchen has just been installed, this includes, a microwave, gas cooker, dish washer and fridge freezer The house also boast a large utility room with washing and drying facilities.
There is a internal drying stand but the house also has an enclosed entry where clothes and gear can be aired.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Maghera main street is a 2 minute walk away which has various shop and food outlets to make your stay comfortable. The town boasts a hotel, bars, cinema and day time cafes.
We are centrally located between Belfast and Derry. We are within one hour of the North Coast, towns like Portstewart, Portrush, Bushmills, Ballycastle & Cushendall.
We are also within twenty minutes of the Sperrin mountains range.
