The area offers stunning views of nearby Lake Trasimeno. Lovely day trips are possible to Assisi and Perugia, as well as to Tuscan towns like Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, or Siena.

The grounds are particularly charming, with park-like gardens, mature trees, wide lawns, a large swimming pool, a gazebo for outdoor dining, and leisure activities such as table tennis, bocce, and a children’s playground.
