It was much more than I expected. Lovely room that was cozy with a balcony! Even though we weren’t on the water side, it still was nice to sit out there. The other side of the property was a surprise with many areas to sit and enjoy the lake, walking/biking trails, park and very close to the main part of town. The staff were very welcoming and kindly pointed out the pet rules. My only complaint is that I wasn’t staying longer. Will return here for sure

I love this hotel. The location, the view, the pool. The rooms are also not bad. But the restaurant services have changed a lot during the last year. On a Saturday morning, there was no breakfast offering after 10 am which is quite unusual and not very practical for a family with kids.

Bien situé et chambre ok.

Nous avions réservé une seule nuit. Belle chambre avec salle de bain immense. Notre chambre donnait sur le stationnement et n’avait pas de balcon. Je vous conseille pour un plus long séjour de réserver côté lac. Hôtel super bien situé à distance de marche de centre-ville. L’insonorisation côté porte du couloir pourrait être meilleure.

Nice location, beautiful parks nearby, great ice cream shop. Room was modern, nicely decorated, bed was okay for comfort. No tea in the room or available from the front desk. Coffee machine was Nespresso which did not impress. The top room category is very far from the lobby. Sad to say staff was curt and unhelpful. We felt we were an inconvenience any time we approached them. The exception was the pool and bike storage attendant, he was very nice. The restaurant on site has good food but lacks any customer service also. Go uptown to eat, they are far more service oriented and friendly.

I have a lake shore room and can walk to the lake from my room. It's pretty nice. The light in the room is a bit dark. Except that, everything is great. It's not far to walk to the downtown. I stayed one night. Pretty good place to stay in the road trip.
