We take pride in our staff and it is rewarding to when our hotel associates go the extra mile. However, we are saddened that you were not able to experience our a la carte, high number of guests we do require pre-bookings during or prior to the arrival. In order to be able to offer smooth and pleasant a la carte service we do need to keep number of guests limited, as it is a norm in a la carte restaurants in general.
