The physical condition of the hotel is vastly improved after a very nicely done renovation. Cleanliness, service, and were all excellent but I am not rating it 5 stars for two reasons. First, the breakfast is meh. Second, the rooms now lack refrigerators. I hope Expedia will update the listed room amenities for this hotel to delete the reference to refrigerators.

recently stayed at this hotel for two days while in town for work, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was welcoming and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. My room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which was perfect after long workdays. The amenities were well maintained, and I appreciated the convenience of everything being easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or leisure.

The rooms offered no refrigerator or microwave. There was no ice bucket in the room or cups and they had 2 half used rolls of toilet paper in the room. I had to go to the front desk to ask for those things.

It's a nice little boutique place. The rooms are neat and spacious. Bathroom and shower are clean. Staff are very friendly. It's very close to NY state boarder and a convenient location for an overnight stay for those who are traveling to Hudson Valley.

This is such a great place tobstay. We have stayed multiple times. The are becoming a IHG hotel, so complete renovation going on. Pet friendly. Big rooms. Clean

This was our second stay at this Tapa location. The first time was better in many ways. There was a mini-fridge and magnifying mirror in our room. These were missing this time around. But worse - there was some type of major fight going on in the room below ours. I called the front desk and I'm not sure that anything was done, It became quiet for a short while but started up again. Another guest - I think they had been in the room next to the fight - was complaining at the front desk. The woman that was at the front desk knew nothing - from the previous front desk staff - about the incident. And the fighting people were still occupying the room. This seems like a major issue to me that was not being dealt with safely and professionally.

It's a nice place to stay if you don't need a microwave & fridge. The breakfast eggs are rubbery. Rooms, lobby, breakfast room & property was clean. There is a path to the Pilot if you want some munchies, drinks or hot dogs.
