The hotel was clean overall but it does not have a microwave which is important to heat up left over food or drinks, no coffee maker and no refrigerator to keep things in it so that these things don’t go bad. Why did the new management take out all of these amenities? I’m so disappointed. I stayed here once before when it was the comfort suites.

This property just changed hands, and IHG Garner has done a beautiful job bringing every aspect of the property up to 5 star standards. It's all clean and new. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean, the bed very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, although not as extravagant as some other hotels in this price tier.

They charged me $51+ for a late checkout and now tells me the "incidentals charge" wont be released for 2 to 3 days? Over the past 3 weeks ive stayed at the DoubleTree and Marriott, neither of which charged me forblate checkout and neither charged more than $25 to $50 for incidentals, and it was released right away up checkout. I could have spent less money to stay at a better hotel that at leastchad a fridge in the room. Only plus was room was really clean and spacious and not a lot of noise. Dont even let me add they changed their name? So i book 1 hotel online but the hotel says a defferent name. I drove past it 2 times before having to use my gps. They have nice rooms but awful policies. I probably wont sray there again.
