This property just changed hands, and IHG Garner has done a beautiful job bringing every aspect of the property up to 5 star standards. It's all clean and new. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean, the bed very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, although not as extravagant as some other hotels in this price tier.

They charged me $51+ for a late checkout and now tells me the "incidentals charge" wont be released for 2 to 3 days? Over the past 3 weeks ive stayed at the DoubleTree and Marriott, neither of which charged me forblate checkout and neither charged more than $25 to $50 for incidentals, and it was released right away up checkout. I could have spent less money to stay at a better hotel that at leastchad a fridge in the room. Only plus was room was really clean and spacious and not a lot of noise. Dont even let me add they changed their name? So i book 1 hotel online but the hotel says a defferent name. I drove past it 2 times before having to use my gps. They have nice rooms but awful policies. I probably wont sray there again.

Tapa is much better than the surrounding area. The area doesn't look promising, but the hotel is very nice, modern, and in good shape. A nice place!

I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious and the layout was nice. I definitely missed having a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. I had to live out of my suitcase, I had no choice. No closet or dresser. I was there for 2 nights. I had long dresses with me and had to drape them over the couch. I would stay there again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
