Muito verde e sossego

A propriedade está bem cuidada, a parte da churrasqueira é fechada e gostosa para conversar. O local estava bem limpo. A parte do parquinho é bem gostosa para as crianças, tendo diversos balanços pelo quintal e casa. Muitas árvores de frutas. Fica dentro de um condomínio, com acesso sem asfalto.

Estadia deu tudo certo!

Deu tudo certo, chuveiros funcionando, utensílios de cozinha todos ok. Anfitriã prontamente a disposição. Unica ressalva é a divisão dos quartos, a casa tem mais camas de solteiro, se forem mais que 2 casais ai tem que juntar camas ou dormir separados...gostamos de ter 2 geladeiras funcionando e um freezer =) alugariamos novamente se fosse necessario.

Ótimo custo benefício.

Ótimo custo benefício. Piscina e área gourmet muito boa. Tv a cabo e Wi-Fi com boa qualidade. Geladeira e freezer gelam muito bem. Alguns colchões não são muito confortáveis. Faltam taças para sobremesa e uma maior quantidade de copos. A casa é antiga e precisa de alguns reparos, mas nada que prejudique a estadia.

Lazer completo - natureza e sossego.

A chácara é completa, muito limpa, wi-fi excelente, tv a cabo excelente, área gourmet completa, piscina excelente e jogos como pebolim e ping pong. Sentimos falta de utensílios de cozinha, como copos para todos e a segurança de portas e janelas nos preocupou bastante. Apesar da chácara ser em condomínio, ficamos com certo receio. Outro ponto a melhorar são as rachaduras por toda parte interna da casa. A piscina não estava limpa no primeiro dia. A proprietária nós ofereceu ficar mais um dia, mas como precisei trabalhar não pude ficar. Vou ver se ela me permite ir num final de semana. No geral, foram cinco dias inesquecíveis.

experiência agradável porém falta cuidado com reforma

Gostamos bastante do local , a parte externa é muito agradável e bem cuidada , ideal para se divertir com crianças , a área da churrasqueira, forno e fogão à lenha também é bem bacana . A casa porém precisa de reforma urgentemente pois existem problemas estruturais sérios que precisam ser resolvidos o quanto antes .
