Welcome to our delightful country home, the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking comfort and relaxation. Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Escape to our country style home on 43 acres of farmland, perfect for family or friends. With 4 spacious bedrooms (2 queen beds + 1 double bed, + 2 king single beds), a relaxing bath/shower, and a washer machine for longer stays, it’s designed for comfort. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, then unwind in the cozy lounge or outdoors with spectacular views whilst relaxing having a glass of beer or wine and cooking a BBQ. Explore the farm, feed our friendly cows and chickens. Moments away from historic Morpeth and Maitland.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please return one set of front door keys to the key lockbox near front door and leave remaining keys on kitchen bench before you leave.
SEPTIC SYSTEM— only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Sanitary bags are placed in all bathrooms for your use. NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house.
NO pets. NO parties. NO driving on the farm at any time. NO firearms are to be brought on to the property. NO outside fires are permitted.

Anita and Terry were great hosts. We were looked after and felt very cared for. The house is lovely - very clean with comfy beds, great kitchen and bathrooms, lovely outlook and great surrounds. Lorn is a wonderful location with great cafes, a particularly good Indian restaurant, and a very easy walk around the heritage streets.
