Villa Grace 2 is modern, newly built villa in Makarska, with heated infinity pool, breathtaking sea views of Brac and Hvar islands and Makarska town. This semi detached villa has 250 square meters with additional 70 square meters of landscape, and can accommodate up to 8 persons. There are 4 bedrooms of which 3 are with double beds and the fourth room has two single beds that can be joined if needed. The villa has 4 toilets of which 3 have a shower and 1 has a bathtub.
On the lower ground floor there is a tavern containing a wood grill, a large wooden table with benches, playstation with games, TV, darts, view through the window to the interior of the outdoor pool.
Behind the house on the ground floor there is an outdoor wood grill with dining area.
The main floor includes a large open-plan fully furnished and equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven…) and a spacious dining and living room. At this level there are two outdoor areas.
The heated pool is 33 square meters and there are 8 deck chairs by the pool and outdoor shower.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms and all three have a toilet within the room and 2 have access to the balcony.
On the second floor is a room with two beds and has access to a roof terrace with sea views.
The villa also has a large private driveway where up to 3 cars can comfortably park.
