Villa Vikki with pool and seaview

Villa Vikki is a holiday villa built in Dalmatian style with a stone facade. The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and is suitable for up to 8 people.



On the large outdoor terrace there is a heated swimming pool with a waterfall, sun loungers, lounge furniture and a large covered pergola with a summer kitchen and grill, as well as a seating area with a dining table.



The living area is 360m² and all areas are air-conditioned.

On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as access to the terrace.



On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the terrace with sea view.



On the 2nd floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a private bathroom.



In the basement there is a wine cellar and a large konoba. The konoba contains a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 12 people, a fireplace that can also be used as a grill, and a wood-fired oven for bread or pizza. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.



Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.



Villa Vikki is built on a 600m² plot and is approximately 1.4 km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palm trees, the property is surrounded by cascading walls, and offers privacy and security.



Parking spaces are reserved for guests directly on the property.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided.

Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs, up to 25kg weight)

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
