Welcome to the new Villa Vivace with pool in Makarska!

This holiday villa is ideal for families looking to spend an unforgettable vacation in Croatia.

Villa Vivace offers stunning views of the sea and the island of Hvar and is situated at the foot of the Biokovo Mountains, near the city and the beaches. Spend your family holiday in this new villa surrounded by lush nature, yet very close to the city and the beaches.

Villa Vivace is modernly furnished and features three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

There are three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite and private in the rooms. In the living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a large satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available, as well as a washing machine and a dryer.

Bed linen and towels, as well as pool towels, are provided.

A special highlight of the house is the large games room with fitness equipment, table tennis, and darts.

On the spacious terrace, there is a dining table and a brick barbecue, as well as the 30m² heated pool with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower.

The view of the sea is simply fantastic.

Parking is available directly on the property, as well as a charging station for electric cars. The property is fully fenced.

Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs, up to 20kg in weight).

wonderful stay in Villa Vivace

Villa has a fantastic location and is a beautiful house. Out kids loved the pool and the table tennis. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made our stay even better. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation. We'd love to come back.

This was by far the best place we have stayed at so far! The house is amazing - has everything you need and more. The views are stunning! Makarska is a beautiful city! I would suggest renting a car. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than helpful. Five out of five! Must see!!!

Villa Vivace is the best place to spend a vacation. It has beautiful design, very comfortable for 8 people. There are wonderful terraces to sit with a glass of wine and watch the view of the mountains, the see and the city all at once. There is a pool to refresh with great sunbeds, and all the rooms are very well equipped. The owners are very kind, super nice people. The only thing that I can think of is the speed of the internet which could be a bit faster. But it is still enough to watch Netflix, and in a villa like this you really don't want to go online...
