Welcome to the perfect location! This house is very private and provides plenty of parking and security for vehicles and/or bikes and ocean toys. Newly renovated with spectacular West Maui and South Shore views, this home is centrally located for all your North Shore and Upcountry activities. The perfect house with all the amenities: This 3 bedroom / 2 bath house is finished with travertine throughout the kitchen and bathrooms and Brazilian koa wood floors, with a slate floor laundry room. A gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances will please even the most discriminating chef. It also boasts a 55 inch HDTV and a deluxe front-loading washer/dryer, as well as high-speed wi-fi provided for guest use.

Please Note the following House Policies:
1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours must not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
