They don’t clean the room, they toilet was broken, AC making noise, shower out of water pressure, also we already paid off hotel rooms before we arrived but after 3 days later management send their staff middle of the night for asking about payment.

I had best experience team members were so friendly n helpful would give 10 out of 10 . Also it’s good location walkable 5 mins to hospital n city centre mall n also i walked to makkah . Thank you Mohammad brother mudasir n faisal brother. Allah bless u always lots of happiness

This is such a dirty hotel, the bathroom smells so bad to the point we used to go to the mall for bathroom. And the flush doesn’t work. The rooms are bad and overall the bathroom is a disaster there. Would not recommend it to anyone

Very bad experience. First of all you cannot find the hotel. Taxi people don't know where is the hotel. If someone wants to go there plz tell the taxi guy you want to go to alshifa hospital or Al qinwah hotel. Bath was dirty comode seat was broken. Urination on comode seat no hot water. Only got one towel and ask for another towel.i want my money back
