I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me and took care of my other two children is something I will never forget. The management, especially Yasir, is excellent a very well-mannered person who has clearly trained his staff to a high standard. Hassan, Amjed, and the hotel security team are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Honestly, I could go on and write pages about how amazing the staff are and how comfortable the hotel was. I would highly recommend Jasmine Hotel to everyone, and I will definitely be returning very soon.
