Access to the hotel by transportation was impossible. Hotel located at the top of the hill with no help for the guests who have accessibility issues. Rooms reminded us coffin homes of Hong Kong with stains full of bed sheets.

The room was clean. But the major issue was the fact they purposely removed the light switch so if you wanted to turn off the lights, you hard to remove the room card from the power switch. So that meant you couldn’t charge your phone or use the bathroom at night unless you put the card back in the power switch and the lights would turn off. It was terrible. How do they expect 3 people in a room to stay like that? Also the shower was an open shower, so water would be all over the bathroom floor.
