The staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious and I loved that there was so many varieties to choose from.Also the haram wasn’t far at all, the hotel has bus that rounds every 20min but we did not use it since the taxi to mosque was cheap.

I loved this hotel — it was clean and smelled amazing. There was a shuttle that took you to the Haram every half hour, stopping at the Jarwal bus stop. (Since there are many bus stops around the Haram, it’s important to remember the name of yours.) Be sure to try Aryana Restaurant nearby — it has the best charcoal chicken I’ve ever tasted. Also, some reviewers mentioned there was no hot water. In fact, there is a switch in the washroom that turns on the water heater. Just turn it on for a few minutes and the water will heat up. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone I know going to Makkah.

Everything was good and up to date, the hotel room was clean and the breakfasts where amazing. The hotel also smells very nice, and the lobby had everything from free water bottles to umbrellas just in case it was raining. Over all very good hotel and the staff where very friendly.
