The house was purchased in 2023 and extensively renovated. It features four bedrooms with a total of seven beds, including one bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are modern and bright.

The kitchen and living/dining area are new. The jetty is being widened to six meters, and a boat will be included in the rental; however, the boat is not included in the rental price.
