Get what you pay for.

Front desk receptionist who attended to me at check-in was helpful and professional. Was given a room that has a nasty odour; like wet blankets left in a room. Room was changed to my request. Next room was ok, but air-conditioning was noisy. In the evening I asked another person at front desk if they could send someone to have a look at the aircon; nobody came. Gave up. I guess for the price I paid, couldn't expect much. Lucky it was only a night stay. Staff there is friendly.

Never ever stay in this hotel again.

The hotel staff was not helpful at all.. came at 12.30 to early check in.. but couldnt.. Came back at 3pm to check in, the staff said we didnt book and didnt pay.. at the end we decided not to check in. Wondering if we can have the refund for not staying..

Despite strategic location and friendly staffs, the hotel is at their worst condition which include not functioning hot water, slow drain of basin water, room is hot although air-conditioner had been on for hours, stained bed sheet, no wifi although they written they have it, air in hotel room is not circulate and spoilt carpet at the corridor and most of us was about to fell each time passing it. Luckily, the staff said that they are upgrading the hotel. But as for now, this is the worst hotel that I had ever stay in Malacca which it does not worth the price that I've paid.

Bad experience

First night room corridor all without lights on after request they switch on. There's cockroaches, spider web and ants around the room and bathroom. Water pressure was small, room and lobby has a bad smell. 1st day no breakfast due to chef sick. First and last staying this hotel....
