Quaint family managed guesthouse with helpful host

Nice place only a few minutes to the UNESCO awarded Jonkers Walk. Very friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended.

I'm a frequent visitor of Mahkota Medical Centre, found out this newly open hotel nearest to hospital & give it a try. Hotel owner so friendly & helpful. I've got a room in the middle it's so big and spacious, and I notice this is the only hotel using Dettol for all their products. This amazed me cause I'm mysophobia, I need my toilet to be super clean. Will definitely visit again!

Staff were very difficult to find at any given time. Showed up at 830pm to check in after a long day of travel with two small kids and there was no one at the front desk. Multiple posters said to call the same number. We tried about 20 times and waited 45 min without any luck. Left to find a different hotel and only then did we receive a message from them on whatsapp just saying "hi". Staff member who checked us in was bothered that we were mad and told us to speak to his boss so simply said that he was in Japan. No apology. Room was alright. Broken latch of the window was a safety hazard for the kids and there was hair in the beds. TV did not work.
