Le personnel, le soir de notre arrivé, la réceptionniste nous demande de payé la chambre en espèces avec insistance. Mais nous avions déjà payé par carte via le site.
La chambre. Ensuite, ce que nous avions réservé sur Hotel.com ne correspond en aucun point a ce que nous avons eu. Nous décidons de redescendre à l'accueil, mais surprise plus personne.
Le lendemain nous demandons a voir le responsable afin de changer de chambre, et Oh!! surprise elle n'est guère mieux. Donc nous réservons un autre hôtel et partons sur le champs.
Il y a un manque de professionnalisme de la part d'Hotel.com.
