Every day the staff don't cleaning the room and bathroom.When i already enter the room is not cleaning.I understand what do the staff front office counter don't comfort and plenty.Thank you.

Very friendly &helpful staff

Nice&clean hotel ,but the hotel room abit small ,but overall the room is good .If have the lift will be better .Hotel counter staff was very friendly @ helpful ..very happy with their servie .

Very small room that only for spend a night, normal cleanliness, u get only what u pay. Not more than that.

cockroaches and hairs..... speedy wifi though

i'll start from the very beginning....website accepted the payment. then when i reach the hotel...room full... Was asked to pay extra 20RM for a room with 2 single bed.....effectively paying for a downgrade since i'm the only person staying cause the other bed would be empty. ( to be fair, they send an email saying the room was full straight but i was too busy to check)...fine..... Went up to room....open the room...cockroach on the floor. Then ask the person to change the room. When you thought everything is settled...saw another 2 cockroaches on the floor....checked the bed.....really don't think they changed the mattress and pillow covers..... Next, went down stairs and requested new pillow, mattress and duvet covers but only manage to get the pillow and mattress cover. Also requested for a bottle of insect repellent . Also fixed the faulty keycard to the room cause i can't open my room after i left. Went up stairs, try to shower, more hairs in the fresh towels......good thing i have my own towels... noticed more hairs on the toilet drain area..... Bare in mind this was 2 am after attending my function... the morning and night staff were all quite friendly.... just please clean the room properly please..... thanks.

Its a good experience stayed in Sohotown hotel.As a muslim we will pray in hotel room but no sejadah available.Kindly improve it for muslim guest.
