Great location & host. Spacious.

Location! Walk to large supermarket (2 minutes), dozens of restaurants (2 to 6 mins), many museums and attractions, bus stop (5 mins). Balcony view for some Semana Santa processions, front row!In our travels we find seating and beds are often a bit hard for us.Martin's communication, suggestions, and responsiveness were exceptional.

Excellent Malaga location

Not clear what a bathroom consists of, listed as 2.5 bathrooms but there is only one toilet. Other than that, the location was central but quiet. A great grocery store is near by as well as many cafes.

A wonderful space in a great location.

Super séjour !

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet appartement très bien placé et calme. L'endroit est tranquille et permet de rejoindre facilement le centre historique qui est à deux pas. La communication avec Martin est simple et il a pu vraiment faciliter notre séjour. A refaire !

Heel fijn plekje

Het appartement is super gezellig , leuk ingericht en voldoende groot voor 5 personen. Erg fijn is de dubbele douche alhoewel met 5 personen douchen niet lukt vanwege de boiler dus ff plannen. De ligging is perfect tov supermarkt en centrum; 2 minuten naar de plaza de la Merced en evenveel naar het historische centrum. Wat jammer is dat er rond het appartement veel hang jongeren zitten vanuit de achterliggende flats, wat een beetje een unheimisch gevoel geeft. Wij hebben geen problemen ondervonden maar haalt de charme van het appartement wel een beetje naar beneden wat jammer is. Al met al een aanrader

J'ai réservé ce logement une semaine au mois d'août. L'appartement est top, le propriétaire a été très réactif lorsque j'ai eu des interrogations sur le fonctionnement du ventilateur situé dans le salon. L'appartement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Nous sommes descendus en minibus sur Malaga et nous n'avons pas eu de mal à trouver du stationnement à proximité. Avec mes amis nous avons passés de superbes vacances, je recommande.

Super location, very nice appartment

We had a great time in the appartment. The appartment is modern with new furniture, kitchen and new windows, which nicely block out the street noise. The kitchen is a bit small and one or two more pots and bowls would be good, but it worked out fine. Our host Martin was extremely helpful in every aspect and we could always reach him by phone right away. The location close to Plaza de la Merced is perfect. You reach the old part of Malaga walking in 5 min, the moorish castle and Picasso museum in 10 min and the habour area in about 15 min. A large supermarket "Mercado de la Merced" is just down the street. We stayed also during the "semana santa". From the small balustrade facing the street we had "front row seats" to see the Easter processions passing by right in front of the house - quite an experience. Please note that the free parking spaces in the streets around the house are blocked during that week, so to find other free parking lots during that week is really tedious and we had to use a parking garage. But to find a free parking spot after "semana santa" in a radius of 500m around the house was not much of a problem.
