Spacious apartment completely renovated and decorated, blending modern furniture with the original hydraulic floors of the house. It is located in a historic building in Málaga, next to the iconic Teatro Cervantes.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a high-ceilinged space featuring a modern and spacious kitchen, separated from the living-dining room by a long table with high chairs. From the living-dining room, you can access a small balcony with views of the famous Teatro Cervantes.

This area divides the apartment into two sections. On one side, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom; on the other side, there are 2 more bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom.

Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds (150x200 cm), and the other bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190 cm), allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 8 people.

With a prime location, the apartment is next to Picasso’s birthplace, offering a wide range of cultural and gastronomic options, as well as the famous Málaga Film Festival.

Great location in Malaga Old Town: away from hustles and bustles yet close to everything. Well equipped apartment in secured building with clean and spacious rooms. Bathrooms are nice very nice too. Strongly recommended.
