It is located on Molina Lario street, one of the best known and most emblematic in the center, right next to the Cathedral, just 200 meters from the Picasso Museum and just 5 minutes walk from the Paseo del Puerto. It has a spacious bedroom, with a beautiful balcony outside the pedestrian street, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room. Air conditioning hot / cold, and fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (optical fiber of 1,000 megabytes, 1 GB).



–Characteristics:

It has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful balcony overlooking the pedestrian street, one of the most beautiful and well-known in the city. The living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. The building has an elevator, although it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs with few steps at the entrance to reach it.

Also, the Malaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly get to the airport and Malaga-Maria Zambrano Station.

Fantastic location. Beautiful and comfortable apartment. We loved being in the heart of the city and the balcony was a treat to sit and have a glass of wine with local cheese from the local market. We found the street noise to be a bit loud at night, but the rest of the perks highly outweighed the night noise. Easy access to the train, to explore surrounding areas. Highly recommend.
