Spacious newly built flat in the centre of Malaga, with balcony, close to the best restaurants and bars in Malaga, 1 bedroom flat with double bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker...), separate living room with sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning hot/cold, WiFi with fiber optic high speed upload and download. You can also enjoy on the top floor of the building, through the lift, a terrace overlooking the Cathedral if you want to work under the sun of Malaga from your own solarium.

On the ground floor there is a room with a washing machine for the use of the guests.
