Stunning three-bedroom, three bathroom, duplex-style holiday rental in Malaga located in a newly constructed building with elevator.



This bright spacious holiday apartment in Malaga features a large terrace to enjoy the sun throughout the day with stunning views over the city centre.



On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with King Size bed (180x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and large wardrobes.



Down the hallway, you will find a second full bathroom with shower.



The bright open-plan living and dining room features a 140-cm flat-screen smart TV, dining table and sofas. The huge kitchen has all the sophisticated equipment one can dream of at home. The entire area is flooded by natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling bay windows.



A large stairwell leads you to the upstairs floor where you will find two more bedrooms.



The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) with a desk area.

Both bedrooms have natural light coming from the terrace.



The large terrace of this incredible holiday flat in Malaga features an outdoors kitchen with BBQ, fridge, sink, hob, a dining and sitting area and high chairs with breaktaking views over the Cathedral and the swimming pool area.



At the back of the terrace, you will find an outdoors shower to freshen up as well as a laundry room with washing machine.



The communal swimming pool is right across the courtyard.



There is also a paddle court in the building itself.

The apartment has great views, well-appointed and very well stocked. That’s the only good part! With an hour we had discovered a disgusting toilet splattered with excrement. We immediately reported this to Solaga, this is the chat:SOLAGA: Hello Robert. Thank you for message. Our cleaning lady who prepared the apartment is in the office at this very moment and she confirms the toilet was not left in that condition when she finished cleaning today, since it is highly visible.ME: Are you saying we did this?SOLGAGA: Not at all. We just wanted to let you know that we just checked with our cleaning lady. Please excuse if she might have overlooked the toilet during the cleaning process. Please accept our apologies on her behalfME: You should have said that to begin with instead of saying that she ‘confirms the toilet was not left in that condition’!!!!!To resolve this is the cleaner coming back or are you going to let us have some cleaning product?SOLAGA: cleaning products are available either below the kitchen sink or within the closet adjacent to the apartment's entrance.AMAZING!!!! No assistance and we’re paying over 4000 for 2 weeksGenerally showers are grimy, apartment is dirty and dusty, BBQ area is a total mess, coffee machine grounds compartment is green with mould, one shower door is off its runners and another drains so slowly there is a risk of flooding. Beds are uncomfortable and finally THERE IS A GAS LEAK FROM THE BBQ!

Fabulous Malaga Property and Views

Absolutely fabulour property. Very modern and incredibly well appointed (the best of any property rental). The patio on the rooftop is spacious and offers fabulous views of all of Malaga, incuding the beautifully lit monuments in the evening. Great place to view the fireworks on new year's eve. Very safe and quiet. On a quiet street but within 5 minutes of restaurants and shopping. Easy walking to all attractions. Very responsive property managers.

Dream Property!

Everything about this property was exceptional. My family and I cannot recommend the apartment enough. There was only one small glitch the swimming pool was not open.

Appartement parfait mais piscine non disponible

L'appartement comporte absolument tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour à Malaga. La seule déception était la piscine qui était fermée, on nous a dit que la mairie n'a pas donnée d'autorisation de mise en route. Pourtant la piscine est la première image de la présentation de l'appartement, donc grosse déception de ce côté. Tout le reste est TOP parfait.
