Discover this spectacular private estate located in the Olías area, where you can enjoy absolute tranquillity, spaciousness and unique views between the sea and the mountain, perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people.
Access to the estate reinforces its private nature and natural surroundings. A road of approximately 1.6 km leads directly to the property and features some uneven sections, so it is recommended to use a vehicle with good ground clearance to ensure a comfortable and trouble-free arrival.
The property is rented in its entirety and is distributed in two spaces: a main house with 3 bedrooms (6 people) and another restored area with 2 additional bedrooms (4 people), offering independence and comfort for all guests.
With 180 m² of interior space and over 400 m² of terraces and outdoor areas, this property invites you to live outdoors. You can enjoy a private pool, garden, barbecue, children's area with a trampoline and sun loungers, as well as multiple spaces to relax and share unforgettable moments.
