This charming villa in Málaga, ideal for up to six people, combines comfort and quality for an unforgettable stay. Located in the Puerto de la Torre neighbourhood, it offers easy access to the city, beaches and nearby attractions. With 190 m² of space, the villa has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, perfect for families or groups. The interior is cosy, with a fully equipped independent kitchen that includes a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher and small appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster. In the living room, you can relax watching television or enjoying family moments.



The exteriors are a true plus: a garden with furniture, fenced plot and a private pool where both adults and children can have fun and relax under the sun. In addition, it has a porch ideal for barbecues and outdoor meetings, all with panoramic views of the mountain and the garden that create a calm and pleasant atmosphere.

Heel mooi afgelegen huis met 3 grote slaapkamers en 2 terrassen waar de gehele dag de zon schijnt . Genoeg privacy en een mooi uitzicht . Ontvangst goed geregeld . Zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen.

Dieses Haus hat seine besten Tage hinter sich.

Bereits die Anfahrt fordert den ganzen Fahrer, denn die ansteigende Straße ist kurvenreich und einspurig. Die Übernahme des Hauses klappte problemlos, da die Kontaktperson gleich nebenan wohnt. Sie spricht ausschließlich Spanisch, aber mit Google Übersetzer klappt die Verständigung.Beim Betreten des Hauses merkt man gleich, dass es renoviert und auch grundgereinigt werden müsste. Zwar stimmen die Fotos mit der Einrichtung überein, aber das Aufnahmedatum ist wohl schon einige Jahre her, so dass die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen sind. Sofa und Stühle sind durchgesessen und fleckig, allerdings wurden die Stühle nach ein paar Tagen erneuert. Die Küchenmöbel sind schmierig,unter der Spüle sogar unhygienisch. Sämtliche Toilettenbrillen sind lose, ein Deckel ganz ab. Auf einen Hinweis unsererseits bekamen wir die Antwort: "Ja, ich weiß,den muss ich reparieren." Es passierte aber nichts. In allen Bädern und in der Küche sind Deckenstrahler kaputt. Die Warmwasserversorgung ist im gesamten Haus unzureichend, man müsste das Wasser sehr lange ablaufen lassen, damit es warm wird, was man aber im wasserarmen Spanien eigentlich vermeiden möchte. Also duscht man mit kaltem Wasser. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen, es fehlt an Kaffeebechern, Messern, Töpfen usw. Die Liegenauflagen am Pool sind zerschlissen. Der Pool an sich wurde nicht gereinigt. Das Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei, das Fernsehprogramm bietet nur spanische Sender. Abends ist es ruhig, wenn man von den bis weit in die Nacht hinein bellenden Hunden der Nachbarschaft absieht. Insgesamt sind wir sehr enttäuscht von diesem Haus.
