Our studio has just been renovated in this new building. It has a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is facing the outside of the building. 47' Smart TV. WiFi speed: 300mb.

Pets are allowed. 30 euros per reservation. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit.

Rules: Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, etc. Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment and also try to avoid noise.

Extras:The crib has an additional cost of €5.00/day.The baby kit (crib, high chair, bath) has an additional charge of €10.00/day.You also have the option to request in-person check-in at the apartment for an extra cost of €50.

Please note:Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 hrs.Access to the apartment is with a code. We will send it to you on the day of your arrival.

You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia n. 6 (Malaga).Check-in can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), don't forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 years old will have to sign the mandatory police registration.We remind you that we will ask for a refundable security deposit with a credit card upon arrival.
