I booked 4 rooms for our group of 7 travelers: 3 couples and a single for 2 nights. When we checked in, we found out that 2 of our rooms were handicap rooms. The first front desk agent we talked to said that because we booked the rooms online like Expedia that those were the rooms available and that the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't change our rooms. Another agent said that we were put in those rooms because we had requested, which was not true. Because of the lack of available rooms to change to, we just had to stay in those rooms. The handicap rooms had some problems and the biggest is that the shower water will end up outside the bathroom even after just a few minutes of shower. The elevators were "smart" elevators but we didn't like them. To visit our friends at a different floor, we will need to get to our floor with our key card then take another elevator, which may or may not work, to get to another floor. The key card often didn't work and we had to change our key card several times. All in all, a disappointing stay.

Modern hotel , ver clean, duper friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Location was perfect for us, 18 min walk to city centre so close but away from the hassle. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, icecream parlour and caffe, stop 5 of the green line of sightseeing bus! Doesn’t get any better!

Decent Location

Dislike parking. Parking garage was full. Drove around trying to find to parking fir30 min near the hotel so I wouldn'thave to walk far with luggage. Hair in food. In the vegetables was a long black hair sticking to the tongs and hair in salad during continental breakfast

Spacious room , clean , comfortable beds , good storage , bathroom and shower excellent. Air con in room did not work . Great breakfast with ample choice but food , cutlery etc kept running out , so we had to keep asking for basics ,cups, spoon, plate , eggs , croissants! The staff worked really hard but there clearly wasn't enough of them . The lifts were an example of when technology can be overcomplicated..many guests were also frustrated, once the lights went out when the lift doors were shut , that was a little disturbing. But generally a great hotel .

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice included breakfast. Not very close to the town centre but easily and enjoyably walkable. Only drawback is that street parking is very difficult and the hotel has limited guest parking at EUR20 per day.
