This luxury holiday penthouse in Malaga, which sleeps four people, is located on the 4th floor (top floor) of a newly constructed building, with lift, and offers two large modern bedrooms, one with four poster bed, private parking, high speed Internet, satellite TV and a fantastic terrace (55 m2) offering sun most of the day. The accomodation in Malaga offers a unique opportunity to stay first class in the heart of the city with high quality furniture, modern colours and a practical design that makes your holiday perfect from check-in till check-out.



This modern and stylish holiday apartment in Malaga city centre is set on two levels and the lower level offers a large living room with flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, large dining table and access to the charming terrace, sun beds, outdoor dining table and a trendy outdoor sofa lounge. On the lower level you will also find a modern kitchen with all accessories, a large bedroom with four poster bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with double shower. There is direct access from the bedroom to the terrace.



A beautiful staircase in the living room leads up to the top floor, offering a large bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and skylight where you can look directly up into the sky. The bedroom has en-suite bathroom with double shower.

Ideal Location

We have just returned from a three week stay in Apartment Kim. This apartment is ideally situated to explore Malaga town on foot. It is located very close to the indoor market so no problem if you get lost to find yourself.We had an early morning flight on arrival and were delighted that we were able to access Apartment Kim before stated check in time. We were met on our arrival at the apartment and were given lots of good information to assist us during our stay.. The apartment is reached by a lift which was very efficient and also kept very clean as is the spacious hallway at street level.There are so many fabulous eateries all very close by along with multiple shops and supermarkets. We didn't encounter any problems within the apartment whilst we were there, however felt confident that if we had they would have been dealt with very quickly by the Solaga team whose communications were excellent throughout our complete holiday from booking until our return journey. They organised a taxi pickup for us on our return journey to the airport which was much appreciated.The apartment itself is just as the pictures depict and the outside space wonderful.We had a fabulous stay. Thank you to everybody.

Wonderful time in Malaga

Location, location, location! After multiple visits to Malaga, this apt location beats any other given proximity to market, Calle Larios, city attractions while being in a quiet area at night. Beautiful apt, roomy, and nice layout. We were so pleased that we were lucky to be able to rebook later on the vacation. Will return in the future.

Spacious condo in the perfect location!

The location, outside space and decor of the apartment was amazing! A peaceful and private apartment and a short walk to everything including the amazing produce market, shopping areas, restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this condo!

Fantastic stay

The location, outside space and decor of the apartment was amazing not to mention the tub which we used to cool down during the hot 🥵 summer days. The communication was seamless with the Solaga team, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They arranged pick up to and from the airport which was great. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking to be close to Malaga centre next like a bit of luxury.

Very Sunny Apartment with large terrace

Knowing Malaga, thought this apartment would be smaller but was pleasantly surprised. Great entrance with excellent lift service to forth floor. Nice and spacious with a good mix of contemporary (internal) and traditional (external) fittings and styles. Way too hot to use hot tub. Great SW facing terrace with sun all day, every day. Plenty of room for four adults everywhere. Only issue - the photos appear to show 4 sun loungers. These have been replaced with newer ones but only two number. Not an issue for us as we rotated from shade to sun frequently. Overall a great stay and would certainly consider returning to the same apartment next time we are in Malaga.

Superb downtown apartment

The apartment was very clean with a superb terrace. We also greatly appreciated the meetings with Teresa Galuppo who welcomed us at our arrival and met us at the end of our stay. She was very professional and useful. We were surprised how quiet the apartment was during the evening even if it is in the centre of the city. Very tastefully decorated and well organized. We loved it!

Great Stay

The place was exactly as it looks in the pictures, very nice and clean. The outdoor patio was fantastic. I made the mistake of not asking for additional towels and supplies and was told at checkout all I had to do was ask and they would of delivered them within 30 minutes. The lady who greeted us at check-in was very informative and gave us a bunch of restaurant recommendations. In addition, I emailed them about out of town (day trip) suggestions and I have very quick responses. I would definately stay here again.

Lovely apartment in a great location

My family stayed there in July. The communication prior to coming on site was great. The agent was waiting for us when we arrived and the check in process was easy. The apartment was clean and decorated nicely. The terrace is large and We enjoyed evenings sitting outside. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. Also very close to the beach.

Amazing apartment

Apartment is an excellent base for a sun/city break. Just two of us stayed here but there’s ample room for four adults - with plenty of furniture both inside and outside to relax during the daytime or at the end of a day. Internally it’s modern, comfortable, clean and spacious but as it’s in a traditional setting the outlook and surroundings add lots of charm and character. Centrally situated - it’s a stone’s throw away from the main shops, the market, restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral/Picasso Museum/Ampitheatre so easy to survive without transport. A private taxi transfer booked via Solaga to and from the airport worked very well. The suppport offered by the company was very professional and helpful to ease booking arrangements and the holiday experience. We loved our short winter sun break in this lovely apartment and would definitely recommend it due to the standard of accommodation and it’s location 😊
