We really enjoyed our trip to Malaga.We have been before for a shorter time. The property is spacious and well located. Few issues need to be addressed better by the company managing the property:- the property can be cleaner - the decorative aspect needs to be improved (some curtains need to be placed correctly)- the property needs some maintenance - the amenities for example WiFi and washing machine were not functional as stated initially - the windows need to be replaced to isolate the sound of the high street in front of the property, the street is very busy at almost all times When we contacted the management to report some of these issues, they were understanding and very helpful. They eventually fixed the WiFi & offered to pay for the nearby launderette fees we ended up using. Thank you for that much appreciated.

Apartment was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. And, steps from the beach and restaurants. The bus to the historic district was just outside the apartment door. Parking could be a little tricky but we were fortunate to find free parking just outside our door….did not use the car during our stay,!Living4malaga was extremely helpful in answering any questions (virtual assistant)

Comfortable and stylish apartment in accessible location

Beautiful large light bedrooms with panoramic sea views. Well equipped throughout with comfy beds good kitchen appliances and equipment. Good living dining room with excellent tv and ample outside space . Good location midway between city centre and local fishing village for restaurants . Bus stop 2 mins walk if required . Road noise only negative .

Pedregalejo apartment

This a nice apartment, well located with great views. The apartment is supplied with almost everything you could want. The wifi was poor, this was a particular problem as the TV depends upon it, fortunately this was resolved. There is a nice terrace which gets the sun all day. There was no parasol, a problem at the height of the summer, not so much for us in October. We requested one, but it was not supplied. I would not recommend this apartment for children, the internal circular staircase has big gaps in the side and on the upstairs landing. We were very concerned for the safety of the the infant in our party. Overall a very nice apartment, but be wary of this.

L’unité était propre ; les lits confortables et les douches excellentes. La vue était également très bien sur la mer et sur la montagne, très bien situé même si en dehors du centre de Malaga, beaucoup de restaurants alentour. Le service concierge de Living4Malaga est excellent avec un retour rapide s’il y a un problème. Air conditionné fonctionnait aussi très bien ainsi que la télévision.Seul commentaire constructif est que les chambres bénéficieraient d’avoir des tiroirs pour placer le linge, surtout si on loue pour une plus longue période. Ainsi que des barres ou crochets pour accrocher les serviettes de bain dans les salles de bain. Attention pour des jeunes familles avec jeunes enfants l’escalier, allant des chambres au plancher principal n’est pas tout à fait recommandé pour des tous jeunes enfants.
