Spacious and bright apartment located in the heart of the city, next to the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Málaga and the famous Molina Lario street. The apartment has been fully renovated and decorated with luxurious details.

It features a beautiful living room that separates the dining area from the sitting area, which is equipped with a Smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay. From the living room, we access the first bathroom, which is equipped with a shower tray.

Crossing a long hallway, we find the bedrooms. To the right is the first bedroom, with a double bed (150x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray. At the end of the hallway is the second bedroom, which contains two single beds (90x200 cm).

This apartment is perfect for those visiting Málaga for its cultural and gastronomic offerings, thanks to its excellent location that allows you to explore the city center on foot and enjoy its main monuments and the most charming spots.

Luxury Apartment Near Cathedral of Malaga

The property is in an ideal location, a step away to the historic town, nearby restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets and a short walk to the marina where there are great restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, bedrooms are a good size, the master bathroom is a little small but still very functional. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions. I highly recommend the apartment and will look at staying there again.

Can’t beat the location and property!

This property was perfect and exactly as described. It was in the heart of Malaga and steps from everything. The apartment was beautiful. The check in was seamless. Communication was impeccable. Parking is a little challenging in the city so keep that in mind. The city was one of my favorites with a great vibe and wonderful people. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Malaga.

Excellent 2BR/2BA at best location

Excellent apartment very nice and comfortable. Well furnished and fully equipped kitchen. Just right for four adults. Manager (Denis) is super responsive and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant, providing useful information of the area, and taking care of every detail we inquired about or mentioned. I will stay here again - far better than a hotel.

Ruhige Wohnung in Toplage

Zentraler kann man kaum wohnen, trotzdem total ruhig. Schlafräume sind nach hinten raus und selbst im Wohnzimmer zur Fußgängerzone hin ist es nicht laut. Wohnung schön eingerichtet, 2 Bäder sehr von Vorteil und die Küchenausstattung ist komplett. Kontakt und Übergabe einfach und unkompliziert. Kommen sicher wieder!
