José et Sara sont très accueillants, disponibles et donnent tous les conseils souhaités Appartement tel que présenté sur les photos - Très bon état et très propre - tout ce dont nous avons besoin est là - nous nous sentons comme chez nous Plage à 4/5 min de marche Supermarchés/boucherie/fruits et légumes/boulangerie/marché couvert/resto tout autour Nous ne sommes pas au centre ville mais il est accessible par de nombreuses lignes de bus (4 ou 5). Nous l'avons fait à pied plusieurs fois.

Eine komfortable 3-Zimmer Fewo sowohl nahe zum Stadtzentrum als auch zum Strand.

Wir (Ehepaar mit Tochter) wollten von Malaga aus Städte in Andalusien besuchen, ab und zu im Meer baden falls möglich und suchten dazu eine 3-Zimmer Fewo in Zentrums- und Bahnhofsnähe, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und möglichst auch strandnah. Das war alles gegeben. Viele Busse (auch zum Airport und Bahnhof) halten in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Stadtstrand mit Boulevard ist wenige Minuten zu Fuss am Ende der Strasse. Die Wohnung liegt in einem belebten Wohnviertel mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ist geräumig und sehr komplett ausgestattet, inkl. Spül-, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, W-LAN, TV-Empfang von ARD und ZDF, etc. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hatte für uns schon reichlich Obst mitgebracht.

bel appartement, propre, très bien situé à 10 mn de gare routière et train, des supermarchés à moins de 10 mn, de la plage (moins de 5 mn), du centre ville (à pied pour ma part mais bus très rapide et nombreux), bref je recommande ce logement sans problème

De mi estancia puedo decir que el apartamento está super limpio, equipado perfectamente , coincidiendo con la descripción que se informa en la pagina, muy bien comunicado tanto con Malaga capital como con diferentes pueblos turisticos de la provincia . Con respecto a los propietarios son muy amables y serviciales , personas de las que se encuentran pocas veces. En general todo muy bien. Gracias Jose y Sara nos volveremos a ver.
