This impressive apartment is located in the heart of La Malagueta, one of the most prestigious residential areas of the city. The area is well known for its elegant architecture, its proximity to the sea and its majestic buildings. In addition to the architectural beauty of the area, its location allows our guests to enjoy a variety of coffee shops, restaurants and boutique shops.

However, our guests will stay a few steps away from the Museo Pompidou, Plaza de Toros and the Puerto de Málaga, among others. Furthermore, with a pleasant 10-minute walk through the hermoso gardens of the Paseo del Parque, you can visit other sophisticated areas of the city, such as Calle Larios, La Catedral, Museo Picasso and restaurants of tourist attractions in the historic casco.

Wonderful Stay

Our family just returned from our stay in Malaga at this wonderful apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious and walking distance to Malagueta Beach and the historic center. The property manager was incredibly responsive from start to finish. Lovely stay.

Ideal location!

This apartment was perfectly located, just around the corner from Malegueta Beach and the port, and a 15 minutes walk from the Historic Center. We stayed over 4 weeks and felt right at home. The kitchen was great for preparing meals when we ate at home and there were several markets nearby. The beds were comfortable. The only improvement we recommend is improving the comfort of the living room furniture; the sofa and chair were hard and the cushioning was worn. But we would still recommend highly. The apartment was professionally cleaned weekly, with clean sheets and towels supplied, which was a big plus.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this property. Minutes to the beach and 10-15 min walk to the old town and lots of points of interest. If you planning on staying just in Malaga you dont really need a car. We had a car because we love to explore other cities and we parked in the pay parking 3-4 minutes away from the property, 25 Euro a day.The apartment was great. No view though, but had everything we needed. Grocery stores are almost next door. As well as restaurants and bakery. We loved Malaga and people there :)

Great location and great accommodations

This place was amazing, the location was perfect and the spacious of the apartment was wonderful. Would definitely stay her again and the communication with the property managing company (Caleta Homes) was incredible too. Please note a few things to consider: parking was quite a walk (12-15 minutes away) which made loading and unloading luggage tricky (as there were no spots along the street b/c it was such a busy area to do this). Also, in order to check in and get the keys it was away from the apartment (5-8 minute in the middle of the city) which again no easy parking to go into get the keys for the rental. However, if you can navigate that whole ordeal it was well worth it. Suggestion would be to convert the locks to digital codes at the door so you don't have to pick up keys.

Très grand appartement, fidèle à l’annonce. Cependant, quelques travaux mineurs pour réparer les planchers au salon sont requis. Très bien situé Seul bémol, l’accès un stationnement qui était un peu trop loin (15 minutes de marche). Aussi, comme nous étions près de la plage, nous aurions apprécié avoir accès à serviette de plage et un parasol.
