A well equipped modern one bedroom apartment with a large outside terace. In a residential street next door to the Glass Museum and a 5 minute walk to all central amenities - bars,tapas bars, restaurants and museums. The apartment makes a great base to explore the city, spend a day on the beach or use the wide range of local transport nearby to explore the cities and villages of Andalucia.

The apartment has a large living/dining area/kitchen with doors out to the private terrace, a double bedroom also with doors to the terrace and a bathroom with full sized bath and a powerful shower.

The apartment is in a small residential block purpose built in 2010 in a residential district adjacent to the city centre. It is on a road which is for residents only so not full of traffic. A short walk takes you to museums, galleries, cafes bars and restaurants whilst the beach at La Malagueta is only a 15 minute walk away.

Best location in Malaga

We had a fantastic time in Malaga at Gary’s apartment.It is located on a very quiet Calle. There are great restaurants nearby and supermarkets. We could walk the entire Centro and beyond every day, which included going to the porto and watching the boats and having a latte.Wonderful people and very welcoming.Cheers from a retired Canadian couple.

Great accommodation fabulous location Surrounded by great restaurants and bars easy walking distance to sea front and the historic area. The only down side was the terrace being totally inclosed making it feel claustrophobic

Comfort and location in Malaga

You can't do much better than this lovely apartment in Malaga. It is ideal for a couple. Immaculately clean and well-equipped. The bed was so comfortable we overslept quite a bit on our first day! :) The patio was fantastic - such a great spot to relax with a coffee. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent flat for exploring Malaga and the surrounding area.

Great apartment

This is a comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment. The terrace is lovely and shady which would be a real bonus in summer. It’s in a great location with lots of shops, bars and cafes round the corner. Short walk to main points of interest but really quiet street - so sleep was undisturbed. Good communication with Gary before we arrived then with Cairo to arrange entry. Really good experience all round.

The ideal place to stay in Malaga. The apartment is perfectly situated. It is close to all the action including restaurants and the beach. The host left a notebook suggesting the best places to see, visit, and eat. I would definitely come back.

Excellent location, very clean, great communication

Very nice appartement, close to everything, very clean and well appointed (including beach towels and beach umbrella). We enjoyed very much the patio and the entire appartement. Although in the center of Malaga and steps away from restaurants/bars, it was very quiet. We stayed for 9 days and the parking was a huge advantage. We used the car only when visiting outside Malaga including going to the beaches outside town. The communication was great during the booking and our stay. You need to use the driving instructions provided, Waze/Google driving do not bring you to the correct address (walking instructions do bring you). Luckily the very nice person waiting for us directed us. Once you figure it out, you have no problem getting there. Malaga is a very beautiful city with plenty of reasonable priced restaurants. We followed all the recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery, markets, etc. provided by the owner. They were amazing, all of them. Anything else we tried on our own was more expensive and of lesser quality. I could not think of a better place to stay in Malaga and we will highly recommend to anyone.

Lovely

This is a lovely flat, light and airy, with a nice little patio to enjoy. It's well appointed and very clean. The street out front is quiet with little traffic but right in the heart of historic Malaga. Everything is within walking distance and the twisting medieval streets are a real treat. We had a very enjoyable few days here.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

This is a well-appointed and clean apartment in the historic centre of Malaga. It’s within walking distance of lots of bars, restaurants and attractions. The terrace is an excellent feature - we spent a lot of time relaxing there in the shade. Communication with Gary, the owner, was good. I would definitely recommend this apartment for both short and longer stays in the city.

Our one month stay

Gary and Ralph are excellent hosts and incredibly helpful in every way. Not only is the apartment well situated and within walking distance of sites, restaurants, bus stations, but it is very well appointed with all the necessities available for staying longer periods of time. Unfortunately, our time was cut short because of the Covid19 virus situation as we were thoroughly enjoying time.

Home from home

Fabulous apartment in a quiet area just minutes from the centre and the old town. It's just like the photos - in fact it's bigger than it looks. The bed is comfy and the shower is powerful - what more do you need? Gary and Ralph are really friendly and helpful (the chilled Cava on arrival is a lovely touch) and their restaurant/bar recommendations were spot on. We loved La Tranca and also had a great meal at Alexso (worth having the chef's choice menu). The terrace is great but it doesn't get the sun at all. We liked this as it provided a shady but still warm retreat from the sun. There can sometimes be a bit of noise on the terrace from other apartments (some loud phone calls taking place on other balconies) and it can be wet (when the upstairs neighbours decide to water their plants - but a quick shout up to them stopped a further drenching :-)) but we loved being able to sit out late into the evening with a drink and a book. Thanks Gary and Ralph - we loved our stay!

This should be a model for all rental properties

This rental should be a model for all rental properties. Great communication with owners prior to arrival. They were waiting outside property as we drove up so we could be immediately directed to secure underground, free parking. The apartment was comfortably furnished and clean. The patio was the best part of this. It was so beautifully decorated with lush plants and good quality and comfortable patio furnishing. It was an oasis outside as well as being views from inside. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. The washer was the easiest and nicest to use in the 4 rentals visited during this time. We really enjoyed the use of the smart tv, which was connected to the internet. It allowed us to watch some American channels, which was nice since we had already been in Europe 2 months. Shops and restaurants were a short walk. I think it took 15 or 20 minutes to walk to waterfront (so much along the route, I didn’t notice the distance). Numerous groceries stores on nearly each block, including a Carrefour Express. The owners left a well executed binder of information on how to use every single appliance, etc in the apartment. (In the four apartments we rented, this is the only place that provided this). Also included in binder were suggestions on restaurants, tapa bars, bakeries, grocery stores along with their locations. In the fridge was a bottle of Cava, which we forgot to enjoy. We were so busy in the 8 days we were there that we could have stayed much longer. The bed and pillows were top notch. We were so comfy that we had our best nights of sleep in our two months of travel. Highly recommend. I wish we could give awards to some of these owners., because I give this place 5 stars.

Ralph and Gary were very professional, the apartment was exactaly as described, clean, efficient and loved having meals on the terrace. Very comfortable and location just right.

We loved this apartment, it's very comfortable and nicer than the photos suggest. All appliances were of good quality and it had plenty of toiletries etc. Breakfast every morning and a few other meals on the terrace was such a treat for us, it was very hot during our stay and we were glad of the shaded area. Location is perfect, less than 3 minutes walk to the centre. The guys left a very comprehensive guide to best restaurants, bars and sights not to miss. The Salamanca fresh produce market nearby was better value than the main market . We stayed for 13 nights and were so comfortable there, we will go back. Thanks guys we enjoyed our stay.

Good apartment Central to the city You can walk everywhere. Very comfortable bed ,bath , shower and kitchen. It is perfect for 2 people who want to really want to know Malaga. The owner has left a detailed guide to sites restaurants etc. We love Malaga and we would not hesitate to stay here again
